Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Analyst to work at a B2B smalltech company focused on Information Security, performing support, maintenance, and configuration tasks. Key Highlights: 1. IT Best Practices and Revenue Generation We are looking for an **IT Analyst** to join a smalltech company dedicated to serving B2B clients, with strong emphasis on the Information Security department. **Responsibilities:** * Corporate client support: Remote access and on-site visits to clients. * Maintenance: Accident prevention (hardware/software), preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and laptops (e.g., replacing HDDs with SSDs, exercising extreme care during disassembly/reassembly). * Installation and Configuration: Install and configure operating systems (Windows 10, 11, 7, XP) and applications (Office, Acrobat, etc.). * Networking Knowledge: Install and configure networking equipment (network printers, entry-level routers, access points). * 360° Perspective: Improve processes according to business guidelines and identify potential issues (e.g., a voltage stabilizer about to fail). * IT Best Practices: Think critically, explore solutions (preferably multiple), select the optimal path, and act accordingly. * Revenue Generation: Identify sales opportunities for products/services (e.g., suggesting equipment replacement) that generate commission. * Proposal Support: Discuss repair proposals with clients following technical diagnosis. * Occasional After-Hours Work: Scheduled maintenance during special hours (e.g., Sunday morning for critical systems) or extended support beyond regular hours (compensated via time bank). Requirements: **Technical Skills:** * Ability to install and configure operating systems (Windows) and applications. * Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance (computer/notebook hardware). * Knowledge of networking and basic IT equipment (routers, access points, printers, barcode scanners).
