Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating front-counter activities, guiding teams, ensuring excellence in customer service, and financial accuracy. Key Highlights: 1. About Us GTOP comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and controlling front-counter activities, guiding and clarifying doubts for cashiers and packers in their daily tasks, approving transactions, providing necessary materials to the team, organizing meetings, and primarily serving customers—following protocols, rules, standards, and pre\-established procedures—to ensure excellence in service and accuracy in the store’s financial transactions. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure implementation of front-counter operational procedures by guiding and monitoring daily routines, deadlines, and prescribed methods; performing loads on PDVs and scales; checking prices; providing and clarifying inquiries; monitoring cashier transaction discrepancies (cash movements and loss prevention); organizing informational and support meetings; and handling diverse customer requests; Ensure correct execution of daily cash withdrawals and closures for cash registers, including physical cash counting and system reconciliation, aiming for accuracy in the store’s financial transactions; Guarantee and organize customer flow to prevent queues; Ensure compliance with internal conduct, service, and security policies; Contribute to reducing front-counter losses by proactively minimizing bag waste, potential thefts, and rapid returns of perishables, etc.; Manage personnel matters related to shift scheduling, overtime banks, vacations, and other work-hour-related demands—through monitoring managerial reports provided by the HR department and direct guidance to employees; Promote professional development and team motivation through continuous guidance and feedback, performance monitoring, and technical training; Provide support and assistance in related activities as needed; Requirements **Minimum academic qualification:** Completed high school **Specific knowledge:** Cashier operations, financial transactions **Additional information:** Fully on-site position **Work location:** Av.
