Collaboration with teams on sales strategies A software company is seeking a Relationship Analyst in Jaraguá do Sul (Água Verde). **Responsibilities:** Monitor and manage the customer journey across all stages. Help customers understand how the product or service can contribute to their success. Identify and generate business opportunities. Analyze, prepare, send, and track commercial proposals. Adhere to marketing policies and collaborate on sales strategies. Master pricing variables for negotiating product and service values. Handle sales tickets, emails, and calls involving medium- and high-complexity accounts. Collect customer feedback on delivered products and services. Identify areas for improvement and communicate this information to relevant teams. Effectively address customer issues and complaints, seeking appropriate solutions. Participate in and lead customer meetings. Conduct customer visits. Prepare and present reports. Collaborate with other departments to develop sales strategies and achieve established goals. Monitor and analyze performance and customer satisfaction metrics. Contribute to information dissemination and corporate knowledge building (content creation, project handovers, peer learning, mentoring). Previous experience as a Customer Service Specialist, Relationship Consultant, Customer Support Analyst, or Relationship Coordinator may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
