About the Position
**Job Mission**
Maximize operational efficiency through automation, standardization, and process optimization, applying automation and artificial intelligence technologies wherever aligned with the business context. Identify opportunities, design, implement, and sustain solutions that reduce manual tasks, increase productivity, mitigate errors, enhance control, and ensure scalability—all in alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives, governance, security, and efficient resource utilization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Map, analyze, and document processes to identify bottlenecks, failures, manual activities, rework, and opportunities for automation and operational improvement.
* Gather requirements from business areas, understanding needs, process rules, exceptions, operational impacts, and success criteria for the solution.
* Design automation solutions aligned with both the process and business context, leveraging available technologies—with or without artificial intelligence—as applicable.
* Develop, configure, and implement approved technical solutions—including automations, integrations, scripts, workflows, and others—following standards defined by the team.
* Conduct technical and functional testing to verify that the solution meets defined requirements, operates securely, and delivers the expected outcome prior to production release.
* Support implementation and stabilization of solutions, addressing defects, performing fine-tuning, and providing initial support to involved business areas.
* Monitor performance of deployed automations, analyzing failures, deviations, operational efficiency, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Technically document developed solutions, maintaining clear records of functionality, rules, dependencies, workflows, risks, and maintenance guidance.
* Collaborate with internal IT teams and business users to ensure integration across process, technology, data, security, and operations.
* Continuously seek improvements and new automation opportunities, contributing to increased productivity, standardization, scalability, and organizational value generation.
* Monitor KPIs and outcomes of automations under responsibility, evaluating performance, productivity, failures, adherence, and evolution opportunities.
* Consolidate information and support preparation of tracking materials and results presentations, contributing status reports, KPIs, and evidence of achieved gains.
* Track market best practices, tools, and trends in automation and artificial intelligence, supporting analyses, benchmarks, and technical evaluations to inform technology selection and continuous advancement of team solutions.
