Manage warehouse and factory-floor operational plans and processes to ensure efficient material handling, storage, and inventory control for materials, finished goods, tools, and packaging—meeting cost, quality, customer, and market-specific requirements in alignment with business strategy and needs, as well as corporate guidelines and policies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage warehouse and factory-floor operational plans and processes for warehousing/distribution facilities + Receive, sort, and process incoming and outgoing materials/cargoes, parts, products, supplies, and equipment according to scheduled timelines, established procedures, and regulations + Verify and validate correct receipt and dispatch of cargoes based on corresponding documentation + Manually load and unload materials onto/off pallets, trays, racks, and shelves, ensuring cargoes are stored in their designated locations + Load materials and cargoes into vehicles/trucks/containers and use manual tools to install restraints, locks, and protective measures + Execute cargo movement in compliance with regulations and internal procedures, updating shipment statuses as required + Conduct inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies, monitoring order cycle times and processing durations + Maintain inventory records—including customer inventories—ensure defined maximum and minimum stock levels, and perform inventory audits to guarantee integrity and security + Enter and maintain information in computerized systems—including records, packing lists, pick tickets, invoices, inventories, transfer/delivery confirmations, orders/receipts, among others—and generate delivery/shipping documents + Ensure timely supply of raw materials and components to production areas, record receipt of finished goods into the corresponding warehouse, and prepare required reports + Physically handle cargoes, ensuring accurate execution of all receiving and order processing, picking, and bulking operations, and ensuring cargoes are packed per specifications + Resolve recurring issues and propose improvements related to warehouse and factory-floor work methods, focusing on greater efficiency, faster service, and cost reduction + Manage and execute warehouse/distribution center activities related to material handling, tools, and packaging (e.g., sorters and packers) + Pack items for shipment according to specifications + Receive or inspect goods, scan and verify items against shipping manifests + Manage transshipment and sorting activities (e.g., at sorting centers) + Operate gas or electric forklifts to move, stack, load, or unload materials, parts, and goods + Consolidate shipments + Perform operations with Unit Load Devices (ULDs) **Requirements:** Completed Elementary Education **Work Location:** Hybrid – Cuiabá-MT **We Offer You:** * The opportunity to join a global, market-leading company. * Be part of a team with deep expertise in these sectors who love what they do! * Career development opportunities and structured growth plans. * A workplace culture where you can be yourself. * Collaborative learning and knowledge sharing within teams. * Become your best self within a culture built on openness, trust, and mutual respect. * Profit-sharing program (PLR), private pension plan, birthday day off, health insurance (Sul América), dental insurance, meal and/or food allowance, childcare assistance, and more.
