Job Summary: Holder Financeira is seeking a Collections Assistant to negotiate debts, issue payment slips (boletos), and serve customers, as part of a collaborative and dynamic team. Responsibilities: * Contact customers via phone calls and messages to negotiate debts and conduct collections; * Issue payment slips (boletos) and installment agreements; * Check emails; * Serve the public. Requirements: * Clear and assertive communication skills; * Proactivity; * Organizational skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Completed high school education. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (1 hour and 15 minutes lunch break), plus one Saturday per month from 8:00 AM to 11:45 AM. Location: Av.
