Responsibilities: * Contact clients via phone calls and messages to negotiate debts and conduct collections; * Issue bills and installment agreements; * Check e-mails; * Provide public service. Requirements: * Ability to communicate clearly and assertively; * Proactivity; * Organization; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Completed high school education. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 17:30 (1 hour and 15 minutes lunch break), and one Saturday per month from 08:00 to 11:45.
