Preparation for future AI initiatives **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, flexible schedule for start and end times **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Not specified * Define and evolve the company's software architecture * Serve as hands-on technical leader for teams * Establish development standards and best practices * Provide technical guidance to developers on new solutions * Design end-to-end architectures for real-time systems * Integrate software, hardware, data, and infrastructure * Support decisions regarding cloud, on-premises, containers, and networking * Prepare the architectural foundation for future AI initiatives * Mentor developers and disseminate knowledge * Ensure scalability, security, and technological sustainability **Requirements:** * Solid experience as a Software Architect, Tech Lead, or Senior Software Engineer * Strong systems thinking and experience with distributed architecture * Experience with real-time systems and messaging (Kafka, MQTT, or similar) * Knowledge of Docker and containers * Experience with cloud and/or on-premises infrastructure * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases * Familiarity with identity security (OAuth2 / OIDC) * Ability to work across different programming languages and technology stacks * Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences * Mentoring and technical leadership profile * Willingness to work onsite in Brasília **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience with Go, Python, JavaScript, Node.js, React/Next.js, Java, C, or C\+\+ * Experience in healthtech, IoT, or connected devices * Experience with software integrated with hardware * Knowledge of real-time data streaming * Experience with AI-focused architecture * Work in innovation-driven and rapidly scaling environments **Benefits:** Health insurance, Gym allowance, Performance bonus, Life insurance, Transportation, Commuter allowance
