




Job Summary: Technical support professional responsible for hardware and software maintenance, configuration, and diagnostics, providing assistance to users. Key Highlights: 1. Basic on-site or remote user support **Main Responsibilities:** * Support preventive and corrective maintenance of computers and peripherals * Perform installation and configuration of operating systems and software * Assist in diagnosing technical issues (hardware and software) * Provide basic user support, on-site and/or remotely * Assist in assembling, organizing, and managing IT equipment * Support basic network configuration (internet, printers, and routers) * Monitor and organize technical support tickets * Keep systems and antivirus software up to date * Populate and maintain internal spreadsheets **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical course in IT or related fields preferred) * Basic knowledge of computer maintenance * Familiarity with networking and operating systems (primarily Windows) * Basic/intermediate Microsoft Office suite proficiency * Organizational skills, responsibility, and good communication ability Salary: R$1\.941,88 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
