Job Summary:
The professional will be responsible for financial, administrative, and accounting tasks, including risk analysis, cash flow management, and contract administration.
Key Highlights:
1. Financial reconciliation and cash flow management
2. Management of accounts payable and receivable, and contract review
3. Cost and asset analysis, and collection from delinquent debtors
* Bachelor's degree in exact sciences or related fields (accounting, economics, business administration);
* Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory);
* Accounting knowledge and experience with administrative and financial routines;
* Project planning, investment analysis, and business strategy;
* Availability for 44 working hours per week.
**Responsibilities:**
* Financial reconciliation;
* Cash flow management; Aging: cash projection; risk analysis;
* Accounts payable and receivable;
* Contract review: expiration dates, corrections;
* Financial ratios vs. applications;
* Adherence to deadlines;
* Cost analysis: bank fees, bank interest;
* Asset review: costs and returns;
* Collection from delinquent debtors;
* Price quotation, procurement, pricing, and other departmental activities.
Employment Type: Full-time CLT
Compensation: R$2\.200,00 \- R$2\.800,00 per month
