This role is critical to ensuring the execution and supervision of construction projects, with emphasis on quality, safety, and efficiency. Proven experience in construction project management is essential, as well as knowledge of technical standards and occupational safety regulations. The candidate must demonstrate leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively resolve problems. **Civil Construction Engineer (Specializing in Concrete Wall Systems / MCMV Program)** ------------------------------------------------------------------ ### **Job Objective** Responsible for planning, executing, and supervising large-scale residential construction projects, ensuring compliance with schedules, safety regulations, technical quality, and optimization of financial and material resources. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Manage the construction site, coordinating in-house teams and subcontractors. * Monitor the physical-financial schedule (S-curve) and ensure timely project delivery. * Strategically manage inventory and material procurement to avoid waste or work stoppages. * Ensure that concrete pouring and formwork installation procedures comply with quality and safety standards. * Prepare daily construction reports (RDO) and service measurements. ### **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with **active CREA registration**. * Solid experience in managing vertical or horizontal building construction projects. * Proficiency in planning tools (MS Project, Advanced Excel, or management software such as Sienge). * In-depth knowledge of current technical standards (NBRs) and occupational safety regulations (NR-18 and NR-35). ### **Strategic Advantages (What We Seek)** * **Experience with the Minha Casa, Minha Vida (My House, My Life) Program:** Familiarity with requirements set by Caixa Econômica Federal and program-specific finishing standards. * **Proficiency in Concrete Wall Construction Systems:** Practical experience with concrete pouring cycles, aluminum formwork assembly, and embedded installations. * Postgraduate degree in Project Management or Cost Engineering.
