Please review the responsibilities and requirements below: Responsibilities: * Perform maintenance and support for operating systems and software used in the company * Preventive and corrective maintenance of networks, computers, and servers * Identify and resolve technical issues; system configuration (LIs) * Implement information security measures * Software deployment, configuration, and incident ticket management * Assist with system integration via API Requirements: * Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields * Prior experience in the role of IT Analyst * Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems * Knowledge of computer networks and communication protocols * Ability to work collaboratively and solve problems efficiently * Strong communication skills and proactivity
