Comprehensive management of maintenance activities and teams Ensure the execution and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance across the company's properties, guaranteeing they remain in optimal condition for use and preservation. This professional is responsible for organizing, monitoring, and directing building, electrical, plumbing, general repair, and minor renovation services, contributing to customer satisfaction and the company's asset preservation. Prerequisites: * Completed high school education; * Driver's license category B; * Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, masonry, and general repairs; * Ability to lead teams and organize workloads; * Proactivity, responsibility, and commitment to deadlines; * Problem-solving skills and adaptability to various situations; * Prior verified experience in this role is a plus. Responsibilities: * Monitor, direct, and execute corrective and preventive maintenance services across the company's property portfolio; * Conduct technical inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs; * Assess required materials for service execution; * Supervise third-party service providers, ensuring quality of work and adherence to deadlines; * Manage and organize the maintenance team (daily workers, contractors, and other professionals); * Ensure proper use of maintenance materials, equipment, and tools; * Keep service orders and maintenance records up to date; * Request quotations, monitor purchases, and receive maintenance materials; * Ensure all services comply with safety and quality standards; * Provide support to internal company departments upon request.
