Technical support to the mechanic team and fault diagnosis Job Description: We are seeking a professional to work as a Truck Technical Consultant, responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to customers and providing accurate solutions for vehicle maintenance, repairs, and guidance. About the position * Commission-based salary; * Meal voucher; * Health insurance; * TotalPass; * Educational institution partnership. * Monday to Friday (business hours); Requirements: * Technical or undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Prior experience in heavy vehicles/trucks. * Strong communication skills, consultative attitude, and customer focus. * Basic Microsoft Office package proficiency and familiarity with management systems. Main Responsibilities: * Provide consultative customer service, identify customer needs, and propose appropriate technical solutions. * Monitor and guide workshop services, ensuring correct execution of repairs and maintenance. * Prepare detailed technical estimates, explaining required services and delivery timelines to customers. * Provide technical support to the mechanic team when necessary. * Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and services in the company system. * Conduct follow-up with customers regarding service status and ensure post-service satisfaction. * Uphold quality, safety, and compliance with manufacturer standards. * Support complex truck fault diagnosis using specialized tools and software.
