Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** The ACCIONA Water business is seeking a Senior Social Communication Analyst for its new CESAN sanitation project in Espírito Santo.**Job Description** **Mission:** They are responsible for the organization’s external communication. Their activities include: maintaining positive relationships with customers, shareholders, investors, government entities, and other regulatory bodies; representing the company as the liaison point between the organization, government, and community leaders; identifying, collecting, and sharing business-related information and knowledge, as well as employee knowledge and change management expertise. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and execute activities in accordance with Company guidelines and contractual requirements; * Develop and implement socioeducational and socioenvironmental initiatives targeting served communities; * Establish partnerships with public agencies, social organizations, and community leaders; * Analyze the socioeconomic context of the company’s operational territories, identifying characteristics of communities in these regions; * Conduct social communication with populations affected by construction works, providing clear information and promoting dialogue; * Prepare technical reports, presentations, and supporting materials for implemented initiatives; * Monitor and analyze performance indicators for projects and socioenvironmental initiatives; * Support administrative processes within the department; * Develop control tools and management documents for the area; * Draft the Social Communication Plan and complementary documents; * Safeguard the Client’s and ACCIONA’s image before the community and public opinion. **Candidate Requirements** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Biology, Environmental Management, Social Work, Social Communication, or related fields, with specialization in Environmental Education. * Driver’s License: Category B – Preferred * Proven experience implementing socioenvironmental projects, delivering lectures/workshops, and managing mobilization campaigns for infrastructure projects. * Experience in administrative routines associated with social impact projects. * Intermediate Office suite proficiency, with emphasis on Excel (spreadsheets, charts, and reports). * Basic environmental legislation and sustainability concepts applied to sanitation. **Benefits** * Meal Voucher and Transportation Allowance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance **Location** Guarapari, Espírito Santo *ACCIONA has been awarded the Top Employer certification for 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025.
