We support those who wish to grow with us—responsibly, creatively, and passionately. **If this describes you, join us in building the future.** **Job Mission:** Responsible for executing operational area activities within the apron, runway, and terminal premises, aiming to ensure full operational functionality at their assigned unit, as well as compliance with legislation and regulatory authority standards. **Responsibilities:** Maintain surveillance and control within the operational area premises; Drive small and large vehicles, when necessary, for various purposes, providing services to the operational area premises; Guide aircraft and helicopter parking; Conduct periodic inspections of airport premises, verifying hygiene and cleaning services, marking, surveillance, signage, drainage, and presence of obstacles, requesting corrective actions from the competent authority whenever required; Guide and supervise scheduling and updating of the allocation board and ground aircraft movement, ensuring correct positioning; Operate the airport resource allocation system, scheduling parking positions and other resources (check-in counters, boarding gates, baggage carousels, etc.) resulting from such allocation, preventing overlaps and saturation of boarding and deplaning areas; Analyze irregularities related to airport traffic, identifying root causes and forwarding them to superiors for resolution planning, aiming to safeguard safety. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Valid Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH), category **D**; * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite**; * Intermediate-level **Excel** proficiency is considered a plus; * Strong ability to work in a **team environment** is considered a plus; * **Proactive, dynamic, and communicative** profile. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Extended Paternity Leave, Extended Maternity Leave, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Private Pension Plan, Wellhub (formerly Gympass), Profit Sharing (PLR), Meal Voucher, Food Allowance, School Supply Allowance (per collective agreement), Childcare Assistance, Transportation Voucher, Parking ### **Department:** João Pessoa Airport
