Job Summary: Manage and optimize multi-sector operations, lead teams, implement continuous improvements, and ensure operational efficiency and profitability. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic leadership and development of multidisciplinary teams 2. Focus on optimization, operational efficiency, and profitability maximization 3. Implementation of continuous improvements and innovation in processes Manage operations for PayLav, HiPlim, and Facilities. Supervise and optimize the Group's entire logistics chain. Manage office and operations procurement and inventory control processes. Ensure operational efficiency and standardization across units. Lead multidisciplinary teams and develop leadership capabilities. Control operational costs and maximize profitability. Implement continuous improvements and innovation in processes. Monitor operational and financial performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure quality, compliance, and customer service levels. Support expansion, deployment of new units, and new business initiatives.
