If you want to join a purpose-driven company with solid values and room to grow, **join Caedu!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **What will your activities be?** **Patrols and Monitoring:** * Conduct daily patrols throughout all store areas, focusing on high-risk zones such as fitting rooms, sales floor, stockroom, and cash registers. * Supervise store opening and closing procedures, as well as armored vehicle arrivals and departures, ensuring asset and cash security. **Inventory Inspection and Goods Receipt:** * Supervise product receipt and dispatch, including truck arrivals, item counting, verification of garments and equipment, collector control, and fiscal invoices—contributing to loss reduction. * Inspect returned or damaged goods received, ensuring proper labeling and correct placement of security tags, requesting corrective actions when necessary. **Loss Prevention Records and Reports:** * Maintain records in loss prevention logs, noting dates, times, and types of incidents involving employees and customers. * Record incidents occurring in fitting rooms and lockers, performing controls and reporting detected issues to supervision. **Security Monitoring:** * Monitor CCTV footage, observing actions and incidents, performing daily recordings and backups in coordination with the Loss Prevention team, ensuring accurate records for controls and investigations. **Theft and Robbery Prevention:** * Act discreetly to prevent theft and robbery within store premises, observing suspicious behavior, communicating via radio, and applying company procedures accordingly. **Cost Reduction and Resource Management:** * Contribute to reducing water and electricity consumption by conducting periodic inspections across departments and implementing corrective actions when required. **Customer Service:** * Assist in the sales area when needed, guiding customers about products, promotions, and services, offering cards and shopping bags, contributing to a positive shopping experience and store performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Must-have qualifications:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in security/loss prevention roles, including work in loss prevention, risk management, and general sales customer service. * Basic Office software skills and knowledge of physical security monitoring systems. **Additional Information** **What do we offer?** Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Transportation Allowance Profit Sharing (PLR) (per internal policy) Birthday Day Off Discounts on Caedu products Educational Partnerships SESC Membership Pharmacy Partnership Gympass Telemedicine Better Maternity Program – Support throughout the most special period in our mothers’ lives.
