Focus on quality, safety, and operational standards Lead and support the technical cleaning team in an industrial environment, ensuring correct execution of sanitation activities for equipment, machinery, and production areas within the automotive factory, guaranteeing quality, safety, organization, and compliance with defined operational standards. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Main Responsibilities * Lead and guide the technical cleaning team during operational activities in the production area. * Directly collaborate with the team on technical cleaning of equipment, machinery, and industrial structures. * Ensure proper use of cleaning products, equipment, and tools. * Monitor execution of cleaning routines according to company and client procedures and standards. * Assign tasks, organize work schedules, and prioritize operational demands based on production needs. * Monitor service quality delivered by the team, ensuring compliance with cleaning and organization standards. * Ensure adherence to occupational safety regulations, proper use of PPE, and operational procedures. * Guide and develop the team, promoting good work practices. * Interface with supervision and client departments to align operational demands and resolve issues. * Support integration and training of new team members. * Identify opportunities for improvement in cleaning and production area organization processes. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3\.013,12 \- R$3\.013,13 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Company vehicle Selection Question(s): * Have you worked in technical cleaning before?
