




Job Summary: The candidate will be responsible for providing end-user technical support, IT infrastructure maintenance, asset management and documentation, as well as assisting in IT projects. Inventory management and procedure documentation End-User Technical Support (Service Desk) * Assistance with hardware issues (computers, peripherals, and printers). * Support for office software (Office Suite, web browsers, e\-mail). * Configuration of new workstations (OS and basic software installation). * First-level support for internal systems. Infrastructure Maintenance * Technical organization and cleaning of equipment. * Network cable crimping and rack organization. * Basic monitoring of network and asset performance (switches and Wi\-Fi). * Inventory control of supplies (toner cartridges, mice, keyboards). Asset Management and Documentation * Maintenance of hardware inventory and software license records. * Creation and updating of user procedure manuals (FAQs). * Assistance in manual backup control or verification of automation logs. Project Support * Participation in preventive maintenance activities. * Testing of new solutions or software prior to enterprise-wide implementation.
