Inventory control and budgeting **Job Description:** ---------------------- Manage teams of masons, painters, plumbers, building electricians, gardeners, and cleaning staff. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for the factory's building infrastructure, including administrative buildings, locker rooms, cafeterias, offices, roofs, sewage systems, and external lighting. Control inventory of construction materials, tools, and equipment. Prepare budgets for minor repairs or improvement projects, ensuring efficient use of financial resources. Inspect and verify the quality of services performed, ensuring compliance with technical standards, company safety standards, and regulations. Supervise the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by the team. Manage the contracting of third-party companies for specialized services such as major renovations, waterproofing, or specialized installations. Monitor contracts and ensure services are delivered according to scope and safety standards. Act as the liaison between the building maintenance team and other departments within the factory. Prepare periodic reports on project progress, costs, and identified issues. Rapidly identify and resolve infrastructure-related problems and emergencies—such as leaks, electrical failures, or structural damage—to minimize impact on factory operations. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed undergraduate degree and relevant work experience. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Leadership and team management.
