If you fit this profile, join us in building the future. **Job Mission:** Responsible for programming airside airport operations, preventing overlaps and saturation in boarding and deplaning areas, ensuring full operational functionality within the assigned unit; additionally responsible for supervising and executing operational activities at the airport terminal building, aiming to guarantee passenger safety and compliance with aviation regulatory legislation and standards (ANAC) as well as sanitary surveillance requirements (ANVISA). **Responsibilities:** * Operate within the Airport Operations Center (COA), managing operational systems, scheduling apron and airport resource usage to deliver maximum service quality across all available infrastructure; * Contribute to developing procedures for using and updating visual indicators in the passenger terminal, apron, and runway; * Supervise cleaning and maintenance of areas used by passengers, crew members, and the general public—particularly men’s and women’s restrooms—verifying hygiene material quality and requesting necessary corrections from the cleaning supervisor; * Conduct periodic inspections of the airport terminal premises, checking hygiene and cleaning services, terminal signage, organization of check\-in queues, boarding queues, arrangement and distribution of jetways, reporting issues to the immediate manager whenever required; * Monitor and control services provided by contracted companies operating in the terminal for operational support (audio, temperature, wi\-fi, etc.), commercial service concessionaires, and others—assessing their efficiency and adherence to pre-established standards and service quality indicators; * Observe and supervise occurrences of begging and unauthorized sale of goods or services within the facility, as well as presence of unaccompanied animals and other elements potentially disrupting the environment, reporting such incidents to the supervisor; * Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of operational equipment, requesting repairs and/or mechanical assistance when needed, and informing the immediate supervisor of any defects identified; * Guide and inform passengers in check\-in counter waiting lines and inspection lanes (X\-ray), expediting service delivery, preventing long queues, and requesting airlines—when necessary—to allocate additional counters via the Airport Management Center (CGA); also supervise airline and travel agency passenger service in accordance with established procedures; * Ensure correct segregation of waste generated at the airport to comply with ANVISA regulations; * Initiate or request service orders to the Maintenance Department for correction of irregularities identified during periodic inspections; **Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Customer Service, Quality Management, Microsoft Office Suite ### **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance, Health Insurance Plan, Dental Insurance Plan, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher, Food Allowance, Profit Sharing Program (PLR), Childcare Assistance, Private Pension Plan, School Supply Allowance (per Collective Bargaining Agreement), Wellhub \- formerly Gympass, Extended Maternity Leave, Extended Paternity Leave ### **Department:** Aracaju Airport
