We are looking for an **Occupational Safety Engineer** to work on-site in **Aracaju/SE**, leading operations on a robust project with high responsibility and direct impact on safety culture.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate the Occupational Safety Technicians team
* Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures
* Prepare technical documentation and ensure legal compliance
* Work on a construction site with approximately 400 employees (direct and indirect)
* Promote a culture of prevention, engagement, and continuous improvement
**Candidate Profile:**
* Completed degree in Engineering + Occupational Safety Technician qualification
* Proven experience in the field
* Leadership profile with strong communication skills and ability to engage others
* Proactive, disciplined attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
* Dynamism to operate effectively in high-demand environments
**Position Details:**
* Location: Aracaju/SE (On-site)
* Employment Type: CLT
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
* Remuneration: R$ 7\.000,00
