Fixed salary: R$3.000,00 + COMMISSION Working hours Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Main responsibilities: * **People Management:** Hire, train, motivate, and monitor team performance using spreadsheets and charts with KPIs; define work schedules. * **Sales and Target Management:** Analyze sales reports and define strategies (promotional activities, campaigns) to exceed targets and increase average transaction value. * **Visual Merchandising:** Ensure the store is attractive and well-organized, with rapid restocking of high-turnover items (bikinis, beachwear, fitness apparel); develop Instagram content strategy and support Marketing. * **Inventory and Purchasing Control:** Monitor inventory levels, track merchandise turnover, verify received products, and align purchases with demand. * **Customer Service:** Maintain an excellence standard in customer service, resolve complaints, and foster customer loyalty. * **Operational Routines:** Cash register opening/closing and supervision of operational tasks.
