Work Location: Aracaju/SE **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise teams under your responsibility, ensuring proper management of personnel and material resources required for activity execution; * Monitor teams and enforce sustainability standards (Safety, Quality, Health/Hygiene, Environment), as well as the 5S methodology, ensuring quality standards and compliance with internal procedures and applicable legislation; * Ensure that operational tasks, preventive and corrective maintenance routines for water distribution/sewage collection networks in the field are performed according to established procedures; * Inspect, accompany, and/or guide repair, installation, or relocation services for networks or branch lines, meeting quality standards; * Evaluate, balance, and negotiate proposals for outsourced services; * Control service orders, quality and quantity of ongoing and/or completed services, monitor progress, and ensure proper fulfillment of requests; * Drive company vehicles to perform tasks in external environments, reporting any incidents while ensuring safety, adherence to traffic regulations, and vehicle maintenance. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Maintenance, Sanitary Engineering, or related fields.
