Social Responsibility Analyst

Job Summary: Professional to engage with communities, mediate conflicts, strengthen relationships, develop social projects, and promote environmental education. Key Highlights: 1. Promotion of environmental education and volunteer mobilization RESPONSIBILITIES: Engage directly with communities, local leaders, residents' associations, and public authorities; Mediate conflicts arising from situations such as intermittent water supply and public demonstrations; Build and strengthen the company's relationship with the local community; Serve as the focal point for listening to and channeling social demands; Develop, implement, and monitor social projects focused on generating positive community impact; Conduct environmental education activities in schools and institutions; Support and mobilize corporate volunteering and engage employees in social initiatives; Carry out activities in partnership with NGOs, social institutions, and internal company departments. REQUIREMENTS: Driver's License Category B is a plus; Willingness to travel is a plus; Experience in volunteering, NGOs, and social or administrative projects; Degree in Social Work, Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields; ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Fixed Salary + Transportation Allowance or Commuting Reimbursement + Meal Allowance R$35.00 per day + R$145.00 Basic Food Basket + Health Insurance + Dental Insurance Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Employment Type: Permanent CLT Contract Compensation: Up to R$5,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Basic food basket * Meal allowance
