Job Summary: An intern will support systems by gathering requirements, documenting processes, testing systems, and providing basic support, aiming for continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Provide basic support and communication between users and the technical team **Job Mission** Learn through hands-on experience by supporting company systems and contributing to understanding business needs, thereby assisting in the continuous improvement of processes and technological solutions. **Responsibilities** Support requirements gathering from users and internal departments Assist in documenting systems and processes Contribute to creating and updating flowcharts, diagrams, and technical specifications Support analysis of improvements and fixes for existing systems Participate in system testing (functional and acceptance) Log and track bugs, service requests, and tasks Provide basic user support when necessary Support communication between users and the technical team **Requirements** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields, starting from the 3rd semester, evening classes only. **Desirable** Courses in SQL, programming languages, and BPM software Basic knowledge of SQL databases **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 15:00 Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$1\.621,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Childcare allowance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Free parking * Meal voucher * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Currently pursuing or having interrupted higher education (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
