Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring and tracking field technicians' activities, analyzing operational systems, and ensuring service quality. Key Highlights: 1. Field technician activity monitoring 2. Service and productivity tracking 3. Analysis of alarm and optical fiber operational systems MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor field technicians' service delivery activities, including defect complaints and pending service requests Supervise the progress of field technicians' services, as well as guide technicians on timing, priorities, and service quality Track and intervene in executed services, daily productivity, team performance, and quality metrics Department performs analysis of operational systems related to failure alarms or optical fiber maintenance REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Completed High School Education Excel BENEFITS * Salary: R$1\.725,46 \+ night shift allowance * Alelo Tudo meal or food allowance – R$25,73 per day * Transportation allowance * Unimed health plan – R$145,40 with co-payment * Bradesco Seguros dental plan – R$21,54 \- Bradesco Seguros life insurance \- % of premium is based on salary * PPR twice per year WORK SCHEDULE 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM \- 12x36 Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
