Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Assistant / Grill Cook to prepare and organize food items and ingredients, and to maintain kitchen and equipment cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Food preparation and handling, such as sandwiches and portions 2. Kitchen and industrial equipment organization and cleaning 3. Filling out kitchen control spreadsheets ***Production Assistant / Grill Cook*** * Trial contract of 45\+45 days; * 6-hour shift with a 15-minute break; * One weekly day off, not fixed; * Starting salary of R$1\.828,00 * Transportation allowance \- based on employee needs; * Fixed food allowance of R$145.00 per month; * Meal voucher provided by the establishment at R$18.28 per workday; ***RESPONSIBILITIES*** * Food preparation (e.g., sandwiches, breads, appetizers, snacks, portions, juice...) * Preparation of kitchen ingredients (e.g., mayonnaise, sauces, hamburgers...) * Kitchen organization and cleaning; * Organization and cleaning of industrial equipment and utensils; * Operation of industrial food equipment (e.g., fryer, oven, griddle...) * Filling out kitchen spreadsheets (e.g., temperature control, inventory, production...)
