This professional will be responsible for cleaning and tidying guest rooms, ensuring they are ready to receive guests while complying with internal and external hotel standards and procedures, as well as adhering to the general policies of Bourbon Hotéis \& Resorts. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Clean and tidy guest rooms according to hotel-established standards; * Change bed linens and towels; * Reposition furniture and objects in rooms as needed; * Restock hygiene items; * Ensure rooms are in perfect condition to receive guests; * Comply with hotel safety procedures and policies; * Work collaboratively within a team to ensure guest satisfaction and a pleasant working environment. REQUIREMENTS: * Prior experience in this role; * Organizational skills and ability to multitask; * Availability to work on a rotating 6x1 schedule, including weekends and holidays, from 08:00 to 16:20.
