Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for receiving students and visitors, providing information, managing administrative documents, and supporting the school secretariat—updating spreadsheets and controlling information flow. PREFERABLY IN THE NITERÓI REGION AND SURROUNDINGS** Responsible for receiving students and visitors, providing course-related information, performing administrative document control, and supporting school secretariat activities. . Updating spreadsheets, preparing basic reports, managing office supply inventory, collecting monthly fees, and handling cash. Assisting in organizing enrollment documents and entering student information into systems, registering students in the system, answering phone calls, taking messages, and managing emails and inquiries from interested parties. Completed High School; Computer skills (Microsoft Office suite); Courteous demeanor and ability to understand the needs of students and colleagues **Resilience and Adaptability:** Ability to handle high-volume visitor traffic and rapid changes typical of educational and gastronomic environments.
