




Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning and monitoring pedagogical development, leading meetings, managing issues, and supporting teachers. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and monitoring of the pedagogical calendar 2. Supporting teacher development and improvement 3. Managing pedagogical issues and proposing solutions * Plan the semester's pedagogical calendar together with teachers, ensuring adherence to the schedule of topics to be covered; * Closely monitor the development and improvement of each teacher; * Lead weekly alignment meetings with teachers to exchange ideas and discuss expectations, aiming to resolve daily challenges and identify possible improvements in routine processes; * Lead end-of-semester review meetings with teachers to identify students requiring additional attention; * Contact students' guardians when necessary; * Serve as a liaison among students' guardians, teachers, and the institution; * Manage emerging pedagogical issues and propose solutions; * Assist teachers in selecting teaching materials, supplementary materials for students, and strategies implemented outside the classroom (e.g., museums and parks); * Identify students' main difficulties and implement actions to address them.
