Familiarity with BIM tools and integrated management **Position: Construction Manager** **Company:** Steel F Design **Location: RJ** **(Rio de Janeiro residents only)** **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and control all construction phases, ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality. * Ensure execution according to technical and aesthetic standards compatible with a high-end clinic. * Lead and supervise outsourced teams, guaranteeing productivity, safety, and contractual compliance. * Manage multidisciplinary projects, procurement, physical\-financial schedule, and performance indicators. * Report weekly and monthly to Steel F Design and the client. **Key Activities** * Site regularization and preparation (documentation, site setup, safety, and organization). * Project management (technical analyses, costs, deadlines, BIM coordination). * Materials management (master list, procurement, deliveries, inventory control, and logistics). * Labor and execution management (scopes, productivity, quality and safety standards). * Administrative and financial management (physical\-financial schedule, measurements, invoices, and reports). **Success Indicators** * Adherence to overall deadlines and intermediate milestones. * Execution within the budgeted cost. * Complete documentation and records (site diary, reports, measurements, photos). * Minimal rework and waste index. * High client satisfaction regarding transparency, communication, and quality. **Requirements** * Proven experience managing medium- to large-scale construction projects. * Knowledge of multidisciplinary projects (foundations, heavy steel, steel frame, installations, fire protection, HVAC, special gases). * Proficiency in physical\-financial scheduling and cost management. * Familiarity with **BIM** tools and integrated management. * Leadership, critical thinking, and results orientation. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in hospital construction or high-end clinics. * Knowledge of regularization processes with public authorities (municipality, health surveillance, fire department). * Experience in environments demanding high aesthetic and technical standards.
