Bekaert is seeking a **Technical Services Coordinator** to join our **Ropes 360** team in **Macaé/RJ**.
This position is responsible for managing operations and customer service, coordinating a field service team composed of supervisors and technicians performing **onshore and offshore** services, as well as supporting this operation with a dedicated support team.
Key responsibilities include managing work schedules, embarkation and disembarkation logistics, tracking working hours and leave entitlements, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and service contract requirements.
We seek a professional with strong leadership capabilities, experience in managing onshore and offshore services, planning and decision-making skills, who acts as a facilitator for processes, promoting continuous improvements in controls and operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Coordinate and develop the Ropes 360 operations team, fostering a high-performance, safe, and collaborative environment.
* Manage customer service, ensuring service delivery meets established standards for quality, safety, timelines, and cost.
* Plan, schedule, and monitor execution of onshore and offshore services, ensuring appropriate resource utilization and adherence to project timelines.
* Coordinate logistics for team embarkation and disembarkation, ensuring compliance with legal, contractual, and operational requirements.
* Administer work schedules, working hours, rest periods, and leave entitlements, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and regulations applicable to offshore operations.
* Define operational priorities and allocate human, material, and equipment resources.
* Monitor operational, safety, productivity, quality, and cost indicators, implementing corrective and improvement actions.
* Act as a facilitator in reviewing and improving processes, controls, and operational procedures.
* Manage the department’s operational budget, monitoring costs, identifying variances, and proposing actions to achieve expected financial results.
* Support the commercial team in customer relationship management, technical visits, and development of new business opportunities.
* Ensure availability and proper maintenance of equipment used in operations, in coordination with technical teams.
* Ensure legal and regulatory compliance of operations, including documentation, licenses, authorizations, and requirements applicable to the base and executed activities.
* Review and approve operational reports, inspections, and technical documentation.
**Desired Experience and Knowledge**
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in operations management, technical services, inspections, or related areas.
* Experience managing onshore and offshore operations and services.
* Knowledge of labor legislation applicable to offshore operations.
* Experience monitoring performance indicators and results.
* Experience in customer, supplier, and business development support relationships.
* Familiarity with cargo handling inspection and equipment.
* Familiarity with logistics processes, procurement, and supplier management.
**Academic Qualifications, Languages, and Legal Requirements**
* Engineering (Mechanical or Mechanical Production)
* Active CREA registration (for signing reports)
* Advanced English
