Opportunity to work with industrialized construction **Job Mission** * Support in architectural project development (preliminary studies, * schematic design, and detailed design); * Drafting of plans, sections, elevations, and detailing; * Assistance in project coordination (structural, electrical, plumbing, etc.); * 3D modeling and rendering; * Organization of technical files and documentation; * Support to the team during technical site visits (when required). **Knowledge / Skills** * Basic knowledge of technical drawing and project reading; * Basic knowledge of modeling or CAD software; * Familiarity with construction systems; * Basic knowledge of cost estimation and quantity take-offs; * Ability to quickly learn new tools; * Organizational skills and work discipline; * Good communication with the team; * Ability to work collaboratively; * Interest in technical development. **Requirements** Currently enrolled in Architecture program from the 6th semester onward; knowledge of: * Architecture and Urban Planning (from the 6th semester onward); * Software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar; * Basic ability to read and interpret architectural drawings; * Organization, proactivity, and attention to detail; * Profile demonstrating interest in working in architectural design and industrialized construction.
