This position is ideal for candidates with **basic knowledge** of the relevant technologies who wish to grow within a collaborative and learning-oriented environment. ***Responsibilities*** Develop and support **integrations between internal and external systems**, using REST APIs and Webhooks. Create and maintain **process automations** and internal routines. Support **technical requirements analysis and reporting**, contributing insights and improvements. Work with **MySQL and MongoDB databases**, performing queries, updates, and data insertions. Participate in **testing and technical documentation routines** for new features. Contribute to the **improvement of internal processes and workflows**, proposing technological solutions. Learn and work with **mass messaging tools** (SMS and WhatsApp) such as **Zenvia, Twilio, 360Dialog, and Gupshup.** ***Requirements*** **Basic knowledge** of **Golang** and/or **Deno (Node.js)**. **Familiarity with React.js** for front-end interface development. Understanding of **API REST, Webhook integrations, and OAuth authentication.** **Basic knowledge of MySQL and MongoDB**, focusing on queries and inserts. Interest in learning **software testing, technical documentation, and process automation.** Willingness to learn and grow with tools such as **Zenvia, Twilio, 360Dialog, and Gupshup.** ***Preferred Qualifications*** Familiarity with **Git, Docker**, and code versioning practices.
