Our team of specialists works alongside you to achieve your goals, and our **online platform** organizes everything in **real time**. **About the Position** Our team is growing, and Pinho is therefore seeking a Senior Import Assistant to join an outstanding and high-performance team. ? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Verify atypical import documentation (e.g., Certificates of Origin, Certificates of Analysis, etc.); * Initiate and enter processes into Sigraweb; * Prepare, issue, register, and track Import Licenses (LI's); * Verify documentation for LI processes with approving agencies; * Prepare Import Declarations (DI's) under supervision of the Import Analyst; * Identify and record non-conformities/risks per Quality guidelines; * Interact with clients to resolve errors and pending issues related to performed activities; * Request foreign currency allocations; * Know, apply, and promote Quality Management System processes and requirements; * Perform other duties related to the department or arising from career development. **Requirements and Qualifications**; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet tools, intermediate/advanced level. * 6 months to 1 year of experience in the field. **You Will Stand Out If You Have** * Advanced Excel skills; * Familiarity with the Siscomex system; * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. **LGPD at Pinho** Pinho adopts a policy to ensure control and transparency in processing personal data of all individuals—including those interested in joining our team.
