Responsibilities and Duties Greet clients and their families, providing assistance in clarifying questions and offering general guidance; Answer phone calls; Type and print medical reports; Enter and transmit data into the hospital system; Log and deliver exams to clients upon request; Inform clients of the estimated delivery time for exams and/or reports, contacting responsible departments if necessary and reporting any delays in exam release to coordination; Request glossy paper image printing from the unit coordinator upon client request; Restock supplies in the department; Initiate purchase orders (PO) and/or service orders (SO) in the system as requested by the department; Comply with company-established norms, procedures, or work instructions applicable to your area of operation, as well as current legislation; Act ethically in performing your duties, upholding professional image, organizational image, and professional confidentiality. Requirements and Qualifications Mandatory: Completed high school education; Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
