Job Summary:
A professional to manage operational services such as maintenance, security, cleaning, and procurement, ensuring process execution and supplier negotiations.

A company with nationwide operations; this position is based in the metropolitan region of Recife.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Manage facility maintenance, security, cleaning, surveillance, warehouse operations, procurement, invoices, payment controls, budgeting, contracts, etc., to ensure compliance with all processes and operational workflows.
Hold meetings with suppliers to negotiate pricing.
Manage team attendance records and communicate with the Human Resources Department regarding necessary reporting.
Plan, organize, delegate, and supervise cleaning and hygiene activities across all unit premises.
Provide full support during fire extinguisher inspections, identifying expiration dates for charges and hydrostatic tests, as well as recharging when required.
Monitor licenses and other documents related to regulatory approvals required for company operations, issued by responsible public agencies.
Accompany inspections conducted by service providers and suppliers to ensure fulfillment of contracted services and guarantee quality in final execution.
Submit procurement requests/requisitions related to renovations or other requirements directed by the Executive Management.
Provide appropriate support for internal and external company events, aiming to assist teams involved in these initiatives.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Education / Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Service Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields \+ technical course or complementary training in related areas. Postgraduate studies in progress in related fields are desirable.
Experience in operational service management roles (cleaning, maintenance, warehousing, security, logistics, etc.). Prior experience in supervising operational teams is mandatory.
**Specific Knowledge:** Leadership and People Management, knowledge in cleaning, security, warehousing, safety regulations, and finance.
**Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** 44 hours per week – Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
