Proposal of continuous improvements and risk reduction We are seeking a **Loss Prevention Supervisor** to lead control, audit, and operational security activities at the Distribution Center, ensuring inventory integrity, compliance with internal procedures, and logistical process efficiency—with special focus on refrigerated warehouses and cold rooms. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor **receiving, shipping, and returns** operations for products, boxes, and pallets, ensuring compliance with internal procedures. * Supervise and guide the **loss prevention agents team**, ensuring execution of daily tasks and adherence to company standards. * Ensure correct application of **FIFO (First-In, First-Out)** criteria in cold rooms and frozen storage areas. * Monitor and track **audits, patrols, and inspections**, documenting anomalies and non-conformities identified by the team or observed onsite. * Record operational data in **spreadsheets or systems**, ensuring data organization, consolidation, and traceability. * Prepare **incident reports**, including photographic records of anomalies, ensuring clear and objective communication with management. * Periodically verify the functionality of **monitoring systems (cameras)**, logging irregularities and initiating corrective service requests when necessary. * Manage the return of **reusable packaging** (boxes and pallets), ensuring proper registration and material integrity. * Immediately report to management any **process deviations, suspected losses, or incidents** that may compromise inventory or operations. * Ensure compliance with **internal controls and audit procedures**, in accordance with company policies. * Conduct **alignment meetings** with the team to reinforce best practices, procedures, and departmental goals. * Serve as the **liaison between logistics operations and the Loss Prevention Department**, proposing continuous improvements to reduce risks and increase operational efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields preferred) * Prior experience in **loss prevention, logistics, inventory management, operational auditing, or team supervision** * Experience in **Distribution Center/warehouse operations**, especially refrigerated environments (preferred) * Knowledge of **inventory control, auditing, and FIFO** * Leadership profile, organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and attention to detail **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with **WMS** and systemic inventory controls * Experience conducting **internal audits and managerial reporting** * Experience in **supervising operational teams** * Knowledge of **best practices in warehousing and asset security** **Additional Information** * Natto Kit (10kg \- monthly); * Meal Allowance (monthly); * On-site cafeteria; * Pharmacy Card; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Unimed Health Plan (optional); * Bradesco Dental Plan (optional); * Discounts at educational institutions and leisure venues.
