Lead, develop, and engage the shipping team **How You Will Contribute to This Challenge:** Strategically manage shipping operations to ensure service excellence, on-time delivery, product integrity, and optimization of logistics costs, aligning with business objectives. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Fully lead **shipping and physical distribution** operations, ensuring accuracy, on-time delivery, and compliance with orders and invoicing; * Plan, organize, and control the flow of order picking, verification, packaging, loading, and shipment; * Ensure adherence to agreed service levels (OTIF, lead time, SLA) with internal and external customers; * Monitor and optimize logistics costs related to shipping and material handling; * Conduct cyclical inventory management; * Measure warehouse productivity; * Manage external distribution centers (AL/BA/PB/RN/CE); * Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), promoting action plans for continuous improvement; * Ensure compliance with tax legislation, regulatory standards, internal policies, and safety requirements; * Manage the area’s budget, ensuring resource control and efficiency; * Implement process improvements, automation, and operational innovation initiatives; * Ensure organization, operational discipline (5S), workplace safety, and optimal layout and equipment conditions; * Lead, develop, and engage the shipping team, fostering a high-performance culture, safety awareness, and results orientation; * Collaborate closely with Commercial, Production Planning & Control (PCP), Production, Tax, and Finance departments to align demand requirements and shipment planning. **What You Need to Apply:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proven experience in logistics operations management, with focus on shipping and distribution; * Experience managing operational teams and leading high-performance teams; * Solid knowledge of logistics KPIs (OTIF, freight cost, productivity, service level); * Familiarity with tax processes related to shipping (NF-e, CTe, document verification); * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; **You’ll Stand Out If You Have:** * Knowledge of logistics KPIs and performance management tools; * Experience with ERP systems and logistics automation tools; * Experience in digital transformation and logistics automation projects. **What Benefits You’ll Receive:** * 12 monthly payments equal to the agreed remuneration amount; * Two semi-annual payments, each equivalent to 50% of the base monthly payment (June and December); * 21-day vacation; * Reimbursement of corporate travel and accommodation expenses; * Annual Profit-Sharing Program (PLR); * Comprehensive health insurance plan (fully covered by employer); * Product Kit and Basic Food Basket; * Corporate parking; * Corporate cafeteria. **Selection Process Steps:** * Application submission; * Initial screening; * Interview with the Talent Acquisition and Selection team; * Technical and behavioral assessment; * Interview with leadership; * Job offer; * Hiring. **Additional Information:** **Work Location:** On-site at ASA Industry Plant in Recife/PE. **Employment Model:** Individual Contractor (PJ). **Our Story Is Built on the Strength of Our People** The ASA Group relies on over 1,900 dedicated employees who, since the company’s founding in 1996, have produced category-leading brands that reach thousands of families.
