If you believe in a world where everyone has the opportunity to drive their own lives, come be \#Kover! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as the Regional Corporate Security Lead for Northeast Brazil, ensuring protection of assets and security operations. * Lead investigations related to fraud, claims, operational deviations, and criminal organizations, ensuring technical quality, timeliness, and evidentiary robustness to support legal proceedings (civil and criminal). * Structure and evolve the regional risk management model, with focus on loss prevention and fraud reduction. * Monitor security and risk indicators, structuring analyses that support strategic decision-making. * Support vehicle seizures within the regional scope. * Serve as a technical reference for corporate security projects, including asset monitoring, incident management, and technology-driven security initiatives. * Coordinate the regional response to critical events (emergencies, shutdowns, protests, operational crises), acting as the focal point for the area. * Assist in managing security vendors and strategic partners, ensuring performance, contractual compliance, and operational efficiency. * Strengthen institutional relationships with police, judicial authorities, and public agencies, representing the company on investigative matters and asset recovery. * Ensure continuous integration with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) verticals. * Foster security culture across regional units through training, technical guidance, and influence over local leadership. * Identify systemic gaps and propose structural improvements to processes, controls, and fraud detection mechanisms. * Provide technical support and guidance to local teams, elevating the regional security maturity level. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Valid driver’s license (CNH). * Solid experience in Corporate Security, Internal Investigations, Loss Prevention, and Fraud Prevention. * Proven experience in operational and corporate risk management within complex, multi-unit environments. * Experience leading technical investigations and engaging strategically with Legal and senior management. * Track record in asset monitoring, asset recovery, and critical incident management. * Experience managing security vendors and partners. * Analytical capability and experience analyzing data. * Proficiency in data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, Metabase or similar). * Experience building institutional relationships with public security agencies. * Strong communication, influence, and cross-departmental coordination skills. * Knowledge of LGPD as applied to investigations. * Experience working in environments/processes aligned with ISO 31000 (Risk Management). * Experience in the mobility or vehicle leasing sector. * Experience in structuring corporate security and technology-driven loss prevention projects. * Strong analytical ability and critical thinking. * Consulting posture and influence without formal authority. * Clear and objective communication (verbal and written). * Discretion and confidentiality. * Autonomy and prioritization capability. * Maturity to operate in sensitive contexts. **Additional Information** **What You’ll Find Here:** **Life Insurance:** To care for our greatest asset: our Kovers. **Health Plan:** It’s important to take care of yourself and stay well. **Dental Plan:** So you can flash that beautiful smile! **Flash Card:** Your meal and/or food allowance on a single card!
