Job Description* Plan, manage, and coordinate Food \& Beverage area activities, defining guidelines and work routines, providing guidance, prioritizing/distributing tasks, and resolving relevant operational issues. * Oversee qualitative and financial management of the F\&B area, maintaining breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bar standards, complying with food hygiene and handling regulations, managing storeroom inventory and departmental costs. Ensure customer satisfaction through a unique experience. * Participate in developing the restaurant’s commercial strategy and monitor its execution. * Conduct commercial visits to attract external customers to the restaurant. * Participate in developing food and beverage menus. * Maintain breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bar standards, complying with food hygiene and handling regulations, food safety standards, and brand requirements. * Ensure product and service quality across all sales points. * Ensure customer satisfaction levels. Research, monitor, listen to suggestions, criticisms, and complaints. Take appropriate actions and implement initiatives to foster customer loyalty. * Guarantee physical, asset, and food safety for customers, staff, and the general public within the hotel facilities under your responsibility. * Continuously seek new suppliers to improve the restaurant’s cost-efficiency ratio. * Develop festivals and activities to energize the hotel’s restaurant and bar. * Monitor storeroom operations regarding procurement, quality, and receipt of goods. * Participate in drafting the annual budget and control actual versus budgeted figures. * Monitor hotel performance within the department, guiding preventive/corrective actions jointly with responsible supervisors and the General Manager, aiming to guarantee a unique and unforgettable guest experience. * Supervise the posting of F\&B invoices into the storeroom system. * Conduct physical inventory of F\&B items and submit relevant information to the unit’s accounting office (CSC / Ascon / Others), if applicable. * Stay updated on competitors’ activities and performance to support decision-making. * Perform monthly closings and analyze prime cost, gross margin, and ABC curve. * Prepare work schedules and vacation plans, size teams, and define time and service quality standards. * Coordinate the team under your responsibility—selecting, training, evaluating performance, and boosting staff motivation. * Upon identifying a guest preference, share this information with the Front Office team so the ACDC is updated, enabling personalized products and services for each guest and making every stay surprising. * Serve as an ambassador of Heartist and brand values.
