Brief Description: Control activities comprising the project scope, verifying adherence to defined project milestones to contribute to fulfillment of contractual requirements. Detailed Description: * Develop and monitor detailed physical schedules for projects; * Monitor project indicators (physical\-financial progress, productivity, etc.); * Prepare reports, histograms, physical and financial progress curves, weekly service schedules; * Analyze critical points and failures, proposing preventive/corrective actions; * Lead team meetings to ensure proper project progress; * Support project management in approving supplier measurements; * Support the project manager in supplier meetings to ensure alignment with required and agreed-upon deadlines; * Support the PMO in defining and implementing the client's project management guidelines. 251221020255915132
