Develop, guide, and evaluate the performance of restaurant managers. Conduct periodic meetings to review results and align strategic objectives. Ensure inventory control, stocktaking, and loss reduction. Achieve financial targets (income statement, margin, costs, and operational KPIs). Analyze performance, identify deviations, and formulate action plans. Monitor customer satisfaction indicators and implement improvements. Drive continuous process improvement and gain operational efficiency. Support strategic hiring and team structuring. Identify opportunities for expansion, new contracts, and operational growth. Consolidate results and report to senior management.
