Desirable: * Experience in public infrastructure or large-scale projects. * Knowledge of ISO 45001 safety standards and Lean Construction methodologies. * Certification in BIM 360 or similar software. * Technical English fluency for reading international documentation. * Experience managing teams of more than 50 professionals. Responsibilities and Duties: * Delivery of construction projects within agreed timelines and budgets. * Cost reduction of up to 10% through process optimizations. * Improvement of work quality and safety, reducing incidents by 20%. * Increased customer satisfaction measured by NPS indicators. * Implementation of risk management processes that reduce rework by 15%.
