Responsibilities: Production Planning and Control – Develop, detail, and monitor physical construction schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines, productivity targets, and integration among work fronts; Technical Execution Management – Ensure construction is carried out in accordance with design documents, technical standards, and medium/high-quality specifications; resolve interferences and validate construction methods; Team and Contractor Management – Lead engineers, foremen, technicians, and outsourced teams; assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure daily operational alignment; Cost and Resource Management – Control material consumption, reduce waste, validate contractor measurements, and support the site manager in maintaining the budget; Safety, Quality, and Compliance – Ensure implementation of safety protocols, conduct quality inspections, address non-conformities, and guarantee compliance with local legislation; Communication and Internal Cross-Functional Interface – Maintain continuous coordination with procurement, quality, engineering, and planning departments, and report status updates to the site manager and executive management.
