Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for planning, controlling, and technically managing construction execution, leading teams and controlling costs to ensure quality and compliance. Cost control and production planning About Our Client: One of the largest construction and real estate development companies in the Northeast region, with a strong presence in multiple state capitals across the region. Responsibilities: Production Planning and Control – Develop, detail, and monitor physical construction schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines, productivity targets, and integration among work fronts; Technical Execution Management – Ensure construction is carried out in accordance with design documents, technical standards, and medium/high-quality specifications; resolve interferences and validate construction methods; Team and Contractor Management – Lead engineers, foremen, technicians, and outsourced teams; assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure daily operational alignment; Cost and Resource Management – Control material consumption, reduce waste, validate contractor measurements, and support the site manager in maintaining the budget; Safety, Quality, and Compliance – Ensure implementation of safety protocols, conduct quality inspections, address non-conformities, and guarantee compliance with local legislation; Communication and Internal Cross-Functional Interface – Maintain continuous coordination with procurement, quality, engineering, and planning departments, and report status updates to the site manager and executive management.
