**Area of Activity:** Manufacturing
* Perform corrective maintenance on machines and equipment, ensuring safe and efficient resumption of production operations.
* Carry out preventive maintenance according to the technical schedule, focusing on asset reliability and reduction of recurring failures.
* Complete service orders and technical forms in accordance with execution standards, ensuring traceability and process compliance.
* Diagnose failures through detailed technical analysis, identify root causes, and develop projects to eliminate problems.
* Configure and adjust equipment according to operational needs, ensuring technical suitability and functionality.
* Strictly comply with applicable environmental and energy legislation related to maintenance activities, as well as requirements of the Environmental Management System. Adopt best practices for waste segregation and disposal, prevention of environmental accidents, and rational use of inputs, contributing to emission and environmental impact reduction in line with the company’s internal policies.
* Perform activities in accordance with the SPW methodology guidelines, potentially participating in or leading supporting pillars to drive continuous process improvement.
* Implement equipment improvements focused on extending service life, reducing repair time (TTR), and increasing operational efficiency.
**Requirements**

* Completed technical course in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Electromechanics;
* Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress is a plus;
* Relevant experience in the role.
