Job Summary: The Refrigeration Technician will install, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration and air conditioning systems, ensuring full equipment functionality. Perform accurate diagnostics and high-quality technical interventions **How you will contribute to the challenge:** Install, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration and air conditioning systems, ensuring full equipment functionality, energy efficiency, and operational safety. The Refrigeration Technician's mission is to ensure appropriate temperature and comfort conditions, while preserving equipment integrity through accurate diagnostics and high-quality technical interventions. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Install, configure, and perform start\-up of refrigeration and air conditioning systems (split, self-contained, chillers, cold rooms, display cases, among others); * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including cleaning, filter replacement, mechanical and electrical adjustments; * Conduct diagnostics and identify failures in compressors, fans, valves, sensors, electronic controllers, and other components; * Properly charge, recover, and handle refrigerants in compliance with environmental regulations; * Check pressure, amperage, temperature, and other operational parameters of systems; * Perform copper pipe brazing and leak-tightness testing; * Assemble, adjust, and repair piping, fittings, thermal insulation, and auxiliary components; * Complete technical reports and record performed services; Use specialized tools and equipment, such as manifolds, vacuum pumps, vacuum gauges, multimeters, pliers, and leak detectors. * **Requirements to apply:** * Completed high school education; Refrigeration Technical Course. * **Benefits offered:** * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Corporate cafeteria; * ASA Products Kit; * Meal allowance; * Ticket Plus – Credit enabling purchases at pharmacies and bookstores, with direct payroll deduction; * Life insurance; * Annual profit-sharing bonus (PLR); * Totalpass. **Selection process stages:** * Application; * Initial screening; * Interview with the Attraction and Selection team; * Technical\-behavioral assessment; * Leadership interview; * Job offer; Hiring. * **Additional information:** **Work location:** On-site at ASA Industry Plant in Belo Jardim. **Employment type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) **Our story stems from the strength of our people** The ASA Group relies on over 1,900 dedicated employees.
