Job Summary: Responsible for greeting customers, operating cash registers, and maneuvering vehicles in parking lots, ensuring organization and excellent customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and vehicle organization in parking lots. 2. Operation of cash registers and safe vehicle maneuvering. 3. Communication and report completion. Responsibilities and Duties **Your typical day will include:** * Greeting customers arriving at the parking lot; * Identifying whether customers are authorized (sticker displayed on the vehicle's rearview mirror), monthly pass holders, or residents; * Verifying the cash drawer balance upon starting your shift; * Operating cash register equipment in garages and parking lots (issuing vehicle entry and exit tickets); * Manually issuing vehicle entry tickets (recording license plate number, brand, and model); * Safely and prudently maneuvering vehicles to designated parking spaces (in accordance with the parking lot's established standards); * Delivering vehicles to customers; * Organizing vehicle storage in the garage; * Maintaining constant attention; * Promptly reporting to the Supervisor any refusal to present credentials; * Completing the shift-end cash register closing report.
